"SCOPE" is designed to assist consultants, resellers and end users
to accurately and simply select Southern Cross pumps. It contains performance data for Southern Cross direct electric motor driven
ISO Pump Units, Vertical Multi-Stage Pumps,
Submersible Borehole Pumps and SS Helical Rotor Pumps.
"SCOPE" will provide automatic selection based on pump type and duty point, and will give a choice of 3 pump units: the most efficient, the smallest motor, and the lowest cost.
To assist in choosing the best pump unit for the job, "SCOPE" includes a facility for calculating running costs and payback periods to allow an economic analysis to be produced.
"SCOPE" will produce hard-copy prints of dedicated pump performance curves as well as produce printed reports of selections and economic analyses.

- IBM compatible PC with 486DX2 processor or better.
- At least 5 Mbyte of free hard disc storage space.
- 16 Mbyte of random-access memory.
- Mouse or other compatible pointing device.
- VGA or compatible display with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or better.
- Microsoft MS-DOS Version 3.1 or later and Microsoft Windows Version 3.1 or later
( or alternatively Microsoft Windows 95 operating system )
- Any printer which will handle graphical data and is supported by Microsoft windows Print Manager or Microsoft Windows 95, with a print resolution of 300 dpi or better.
